Martin Harrer
DI Martin Harrer
Martin Harrer has moved to the University of Applied Sciences after a few stops in business and since that he has remained faithful to his specialty. In research, he also deals with the topic of databases from different angles. From Oracle (last station in the economy: RAC 4node Cluster) to Unix with 7×24 and performance tuning, the development moved towards big data, where the aspects of polyglot data model and scaling became more central. NoSQL, search engines, graph databases, document databases, cloud and also the aspects of time series data are currently expanding the database spectrum in research.
